During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the friendly staff who always had a smile on their faces. the hotel had a great gym and pool facilities, which allowed me to stay active during my stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to several restaurants and shopping centers.

I was disappointed that the breakfast options were limited and not very tasty. the room had a musty smell and was not as clean as I would have liked.

No facility for snacks and drinks other than at breakfast. Aircon wasn't working and had to move rooms.

The rooms here were totally new and super cozy, with queen beds and a fridge - really convenient! Loved the easy check-in and being able to check out late. 👍

Breakfast average, Holiday Inn does a better breakfast as well as hospitality at desk.

Lack of caring by hotel staff. We arrived later in the evening tired from the day of traveling. We informed the front desk that we needed a 4:30am ride to the airport for a 6am flight. they informed us that their shuttle didn't begin until 5am (which wasn't mentioned on the website)and that they didn't have room on the 1st trip out. She indicated that she would have a taxi there for us at 4:30am. I called the next morning to make sure they had called the taxi - we didnt get to the airport until after 5am and we nearly missed our flight as I do not believe the front desk clerk called the txi until we came down from our room - he much care about our situation. Also, my wife and I saw bugs in our room (cockroaches to be specific) which meant she did not sleep much at all that evening. Terrible experience overall.

The location is magnificent and nice, with a shopping center nearby offering various dining options. George Bush International Airport - IAH district is definitely worth visiting.

The room was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had room to turn around in.

The ice maker was broken and you had to ask the desk to get ice for you from behind the breakfast area.

Room size excellent. Desk clerks were nice. Better quality than most chains. Breakfast had hot items in addition to continental.

The breakfast had an amazing variety. the rooms are brand-new, comfortable, and quiet, with a fridge and a very clean bathroom. the location is unbeatable and nice, just a 15-minute walk to Presidential Plaza. There is a huge variety of food options within a moderate distance from the hotel.

the spa pool was closed, and the airconditioning unit was rather noisy. no small shop in hotel or nearby, so had to drive 5 miles to the nearest CVS for some necessities.

The hotel is ideal and exceptionally clean. the rooms are comfortable and quiet. - It has a great location next to a shopping center with various dining options. - the hotel is very close to the airport shuttle and Houston IAH airport, which is convenient.

Close to airport

A/C was loud, and kept turning on and off every few seconds which interrupted my sleep. Also, it would have been nice to have muffins or something available for people who have to catch early flights and have to leave before 6 am.

It was very clean and the service friendly. The location is very good since it is easy to access the airport when travelling.
